What we can help with

What we can't help with
We're an independent comparison and review site — we don't operate any sportsbook, hold customer funds, or have access to individual player accounts. If you have a dispute over a deposit, a withdrawal that's been delayed, a bonus that wasn't credited, or any other account-specific issue, that has to go through the sportsbook's own customer support team directly, since we have no ability to intervene in account matters.
It's also worth remembering that offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the US — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama, or Costa Rica — and are not regulated by any US state. That means there's no state-backed dispute resolution process or player protection fund to fall back on if something goes wrong with a book directly. Before signing up anywhere, it's worth checking your own state's laws, since the legal position for US bettors using offshore books sits in a grey area rather than being clearly settled.
Feedback on our reviews
Our rankings and write-ups are based on publicly available information about odds, market coverage, bonus terms, banking options, and reported payout reliability — we don't accept payment in exchange for a higher position, and commission from any operator never decides where a book lands in our list. If you think a review is out of date or missing important context, tell us — reader feedback is one of the main ways we catch changes that need updating.
